Win a Journey to the National Medal of Honor Museum — Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation ("Sponsor"), located in Arlington, Texas.

2. Eligibility The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation, American Airlines, One Rangers Way, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period The Contest begins on June 4, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time ("Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter During the Contest Period, visit the official entry page and complete all required fields, including: (a) a valid email address, (b) opt-in consent to receive emails from the National Medal of Honor Museum, and (c) your ZIP code. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries submitted by any automated means are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

5. Grand Prize One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

Round-trip airfare for up to four (4) people, provided by American Airlines (subject to American Airlines' terms and conditions, including blackout dates and seat availability), departing from an American Airlines-served airport
Ground transportation to and from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
A two-night stay at One Rangers Way luxury residences in Arlington's Entertainment District (subject to availability; guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in)

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is up to $4,500. Actual value may vary depending on winner's point of origin and travel dates. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. No substitution of prize is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Any prize elements not used are forfeited. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

6. Winner Selection & Notification One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted on or around August 7, 2026 by the Sponsor or its designated representative. The potential winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within the timeframe specified in the notification.

7. Conditions of Participation By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise acting in violation of these rules.

8. Travel Conditions Travel must be completed by December 31, 2027 and is subject to availability. Winner and all traveling guests must depart from an American Airlines-served airport. Blackout dates may apply to airfare and hotel accommodations; specific dates will be communicated to the winner at the time of prize notification. The winner must be 21 years of age or older to check in at One Rangers Way. Minor guests are permitted to accompany the winner provided they are immediate family members (children or legal dependents of the winner) and travel with the winner at all times. Winner and all guests are responsible for obtaining valid government-issued identification required for air travel. Travel companions must be designated at the time of prize acceptance. All travelers are responsible for any incidental expenses not expressly included in the prize description, including but not limited to meals, gratuities, and personal expenses.

9. Limitation of Liability The Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, prize providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest.

10. Privacy Information collected at entry is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at the Museum's official website. By entering, participants consent to receive email communications from the National Medal of Honor Museum. Participants may opt out of future marketing emails at any time.

11. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's consent for the Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, and/or statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

12. Governing Law This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

13. General Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
