We offer visual guides and simplified exhibit descriptions that can aid comprehension for those with limited English proficiency or learning disabilities. Additionally, some materials are available in multiple languages. Please inquire at the visitor desk for more information.

We require at least 72 hours in advance to request specific services, such as ASL interpreters, guided support, or special accommodations for group visits.

Service animals, including guide dogs, are welcome throughout the Museum to assist their Guests. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we require that service animal handlers register their animals at Guest Services, located to the left of the main entrance, on the day of their visit.

Service animals should wear an identifiable service vest and remain under the handler’s control and accompaniment at all times. Our team is here to assist with any additional needs, and nearby relief areas are available for your convenience.

Yes, some exhibits include sounds, lighting effects, or interactive displays that may be overstimulating for those with sensory sensitivities. Our team can provide a sensory-friendly guide upon request, which highlights quieter exhibits, lower-light spaces, and hands-on, tactile displays ideal for a gentler experience.
