To ensure safety, bags over 12” x 12” x 6” are not permitted inside the Museum. We recommend leaving large bags and backpacks at home or in your vehicle, as we do not have onsite lockers for personal storage. All bags are subject to inspection.
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to someone else if needed. For assistance, contact Guest Services at 817-274-1861 or fill out our Contact form above.
