This Online Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how The National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation (“MOHM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses the personal information that we obtain through https://www.mohmuseum.org/ (“Site”).

Our Site collects personal information that you provide to us directly (for instance, when you make a donation or sign up to volunteer). When you submit information to us, we may collect personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, donation information (such as your tokenized credit card number from your payment processor, demographic data, and professional details (such as organization name).

In addition to information you submit to us through the Site, we and our vendors may obtain information about visitors to our Site using automated tracking technologies, like cookies. We use Tripleseat to gather and analyze leads from visitors to the Site. Tripleseat provides lead information only to MOHM does not sell or share your information with any third-parties. We use Shopify to power our museum store’s e-commerce platform. Shopify may collect information related to your order (e.g., name, shipping address, and credit card information), as well as information about your device and how you interact with Shopify’s services. We use Accesso to process our online ticket sales to the museum. Accesso may collect information related to your ticket purchase, including name, contact information, and payment information, and other information necessary to complete your ticket order. We use Classy to process payments for donations to the museum. Classy may collect information related to your donation and all related information necessary to complete your transaction. Classy discloses this information in accordance with MOHM’s privacy policy and instructions. Tracking Technologies

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference signal that may allow you to opt out of online tracking. Currently, our Site does not respond to DNT signals.
