As the engines start for Grand Prix weekend in Arlington, the National Medal of Honor Museum invites you to look beyond the track and into the moments that define leadership under pressure.

Trust Under Pressure: Leadership in Small Teams brings together Medal of Honor Recipient Sal Giunta and members of Chip Ganassi Racing for a moderated conversation exploring what it takes to perform when every second matters.

The program begins at 4:00 p.m. in the Neel Kearby Theater and runs through 5:00 p.m., concluding with audience Q&A. Following the panel, guests are invited to a meet-and-greet from 5:00–6:00 p.m. in the Lincoln Lobby, offering an opportunity for photos and continued conversation.

On race day, pit crews operate with precision, trust, and shared accountability. In combat, small teams rely on the same principles—clear communication, decisive action, and commitment to one another in the face of uncertainty.

This program bridges those worlds.

Together, our panelists will explore:

  • How trust is built before the pressure begins
  • What steady leadership looks like in fast-moving environments
  • How teams stay focused when stakes are high
  • Practical ways to apply courage, commitment, and accountability in everyday life

As part of our Leadership, Community & Events Series, this conversation is designed to translate inspiration into action—so participants leave with tangible ways to apply Medal of Honor values in their workplaces, schools, families, and communities.
