While walk-up tickets may be available, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, especially for immersive experiences like the Dustoff Experience and VIP tours, as they tend to book quickly.

Yes, the Museum is designed to be accessible for all visitors. However, the Dustoff Experience includes flashing lights, loud sounds, and sensory disruptions, which may not be suitable for guests with sensory sensitivities. Please contact our team for accessibility accommodations.

The best times to visit and avoid crowds are weekday mornings, especially right after the Museum opens. Late afternoons on weekdays also tend to be quieter. Weekends, holidays, and school breaks are typically the busiest times. For the best experience, we recommend arriving early or visiting during non-peak hours.

You can certainly explore the Museum on your own at your own pace, but with our VIP package, you’ll get the most out of your visit. It includes a guided tour with expert insights, timed entry to avoid crowds, and deeper access to the stories of Medal of Honor Recipients.
