PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU MUST NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED, OR IN ANY WAY ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM, X, FACEBOOK, TIKTOK, OR SNAPCHAT.

Eligibility: The National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation Car Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19+ AL/NE; 21+ MS), whichever is older at the time of entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation (“Sponsor”), National Medal of Honor Museum (“Museum”) and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, vendors, contractors, and any company affiliated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence and any person living in such a person’s household, whether related or not) of each of the foregoing are not eligible to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
Entry Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00am Central Time (“CT”) on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm CT on January 31, 2027 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
How To Enter: There are two ways to enter.

Method One (Membership). To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period visit https://mohmuseum.org/plan-your-visit/become-a-member (“Website”), make a tax-deductible donation to become an annual member of the Museum at any level or renew your existing membership (Foundation, Inspiration, or Impact), and provide all the required information. For each membership purchased, and upon completion and verification of membership status, you (“Entrant”) will automatically receive the following numbers of entries (each, an “Entry”) into the Sweepstakes:

Foundation Membership ($100 annually; $80 for veterans and active-duty military): 1 sweepstakes entry.
Inspiration Membership ($250 annually; $200 for veterans and active-duty military): 3 sweepstakes entries.
Impact Membership ($1,000 annually; $800 for veterans and active-duty military): 10 sweepstakes entries.10

Entrant will be deemed to be the individual on whose behalf the membership is purchased. For memberships purchased on behalf of a minor (individual under the age of majority), the Entrant will be deemed to be the adult credit card holder who purchased the membership. Normal Internet access, message, data rates, and usage charges imposed by online or phone service providers may apply.

Method Two (Mail-In Entry). To enter without becoming a Museum Member, hand print and complete the following on the front of an 8.5 x 11 sheet of plain paper: your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Insert paper into a standard envelope and mail, with sufficient postage, to: National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation, 1717 East Randol Mill Road, Suite 301, Arlington TX 76022, Attn: Car Giveaway Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must include all requested information to be valid, and upon receipt by Sponsor of the same, Entrant will earn one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one Entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2027, and received by Sponsor no later than February 7, 2027. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photocopies, facsimiles or reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted. Entries must be submitted by Entrant. Automated or bulk Entries or Entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

LIMIT TEN (10) ENTRIES PER PERSON, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.

All required information must be provided. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the credit card provided in connection with the membership (or the authorized account holder of the email address for mail in entries) will be determinative.The “authorized account holder” is the inidviduald to whom a credit card is issued (and for email, the individual assigned the email address by an internet service provider or domain owner). Potential Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder or forfeit the prize. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s reasonable satisfaction, the Entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, misplaced, stolen, tampered with, deleted, or invalid Entries or any expenses incurred in the creation and submission of any Entry. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified.

Winner Selection and Notifications: On or about February 15, 2027 one (1) potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Potential Winner will be contacted via email and/or phone to the email address/phone number provided in connection with the Entry (“Notification”). It is a Potential Winner’s responsibility to monitor his/her email/phone to see if he/she is a Potential Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify Potential Winners.

The Potential Winner must respond within 72 hours of Notification being sent, and will be required to sign a declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and, except where legally prohibited, a publicity release (collectively “Release”) and return the Release along with any other document Sponsor deems necessary to verify eligibility of Entrant or provide prize, including a background check, (collectively, “Documents”) within five (5) business days of receipt thereof. In the event a Potential Winner (a) chooses not to accept the prize, (b) is not in compliance with these Official Rules, (c) is unable to be notified after reasonable attempts, (d) fails to sign and return the Release or other Documents within the required time period (if applicable), (e) is disqualified for any reason, or if any Notification or other correspondence from Sponsor is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to Potential Winner, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Up to three (3) alternate drawing will be held, after which any remaining prize will remain un-awarded.

Potential WINNERS ARE subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE Sweepstakes. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility HAS been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

Upon satisfactory completion of the above, and upon verification of eligibility by Sponsor, a Potential Winner will be deemed a “Sweepstakes Winner”.

Prizes/ARV/Odds: One (1) prize (“Prize”) is available to be awarded during the Sweepstakes:

One (1) 1964 Pontiac LeMans collector car in excellent condition. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $55,000 USD

Actual retail price of Prize may vary, and any difference between ARV and actual retail value will not be awarded. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible Entries received.

Prize Restrictions; Taxes. SWEEPSTAKES WINNER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TITLE, LICENSE, REGISTRATION, INSURANCE, GASOLINE, VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND ALL OTHER FEES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT AND USE OF THE PRIZE. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sweepstakes Winner may be required to show proof of valid insurance and driver’s license prior to receipt of vehicle. Winner must take delivery of vehicle at a location and time of Sponsor’s sole choosing. To the maximum extent permissible by law, neither Sponsor, nor the vehicle manufacturer, has made, nor is/shall be responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or law, relative to the Prize vehicle, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness. Prize vehicle may differ from what is depicted in Sweepstakes advertising. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such advertising materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor reserves the right to delay vehicle delivery or substitute Prize for one of equal or greater value should the vehicle as described be unavailable for any reason.

All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details are subject to change, and Sponsor will provide Entrants with reasonable notice of any change to the prize details. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

Except as specifically provided herein, Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a Prize. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to the Prize.

The actual value of any Prize awarded may be taxable as income, and all applicable local, state, provincial,and federal taxes related to the acceptance and/or use of prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Winner. The United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires a Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed for any Sweepstakes Winner who receives a Prize that is $2,000 or more in actual value. If required, Sponsor will send Sweepstakes Winner a W9 form, which must be completed and returned to Sponsor for the Sweepstakes Winner to receive a Prize. A copy of the Form 1099-MISC, if filed by Sponsor, will be issued to Sweepstakes Winner for the fair market value of the Prize received during the applicable calendar year. Any Sweepstakes Winner who fails to provide information sufficient to complete Form 1099-MISC (including, without limitation, social security number or tax identification number) shall forfeit any and all rights to the applicable Prize.

SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ASPECT OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

PRIVACY POLICY/DATA COLLECTION: Entrant information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used to execute the Sweepstakes (including Prize fulfillment) and may be used by Sponsor in sending future promotional or marketing communications. All collected information is subject to Sponsor's privacy policies, available at https://mohmuseum.org/privacy-policy.
General: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt of same by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of Sweepstakes Winners and Prizes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, any website used in connection with, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being run or operated as planned (including without limitation, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that is unanticipated or beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes) Sponsor may, in its sole discretion (a) cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the Prize(s) at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.
Limitation of Liability; Publicity; Releases; Background Check. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR, THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, INSTAGRAM, X, META, TIKTOK, AND ITS/THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. Governing Law; Disputes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All disputes, claims, and causes of action at law or in equity (individually, “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, the meaning or interpretation of the Official Rules, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts within that state. All Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by Entrant in entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event, include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and, by entering, Entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
