Thirty of the 71 living Medal of Honor Recipients commemorated National Medal of Honor Day with a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery today. Afterwards, the Recipients presented their 2018 Citizen Honors Awards to six outstanding Americans; 4 individual awards and two people representing the Veterans Heritage Project (VHP).
