Experience heroic leadership firsthand-and in first person.

In addition to working with Medal of Honor Recipients, you will also partner directly with world-class facilitators, military leaders, and renowned influencers to challenge and strengthen how you lead in moments of chaos, calm, and crisis.

Live-action battle simulations

Put your real-world challenges in perspective with battle simulations led by U.S. Special Forces veterans.

Leaders act courageously and lead boldly in the face of fear and uncertainty—and you will get an opportunity to prove just that as you activate core concepts in real time across live-action Special Operations scenarios.

Learn what it takes to make tough calls, rise to the occasion, and lead in the moments that matter.

EXPAND YOUR IMPACT RADIUS

Join a leadership cohort who will work together to sharpen one another during the course—and beyond.

In this deliberately challenging developmental environment, you will hear stories of those who changed the course of history—and be personally changed in the process. You will contribute to small and large group discussions to better understand leadership concepts on a more profound level and embed them into your daily life.

It is here you will foster lifelong connections with a diverse cohort who share a desire to learn how to live and lead with honor.

ESTABLISH YOUR LEADERSHIP IDENTITY

Take a stand that aligns your values with your attitudes, actions, and outcomes.

As you will learn from those who passed “the ultimate test,” ordinary people can do extraordinary things in extreme conditions if they are grounded in character and strong values.

You will leave the course not only knowing who you are as a Leader of Character, but also equipped with an action plan to develop those values within each member of your team.
