After flatly rejecting a tall, striking modern design for the National Medal of Honor Museum on April 2, Mount Pleasant gave the foundation behind the effort 60 days to address its concerns. Since then, the foundation’s new CEO has met weekly with town officials to right past wrongs, renew a working relationship and come up with substantive changes.
